Introduction
China Changsha Fine-Tech Ceramic Co., Ltd. was established in 2009 as an associated company of Furthertrading GmbH in China, which has been working in the new material industry for more than 30 years and is committed to providing quality material supply and solutions to customers worldwide. With the aim of "solving problems for our customers and creating value for them", we have actively invested in research and development, cooperated with universities and research institutes at home and abroad, and successfully introduced and produced various new technologies and products.
The company has introduced advanced technology from Europe and independently produced zirconium silicate, zirconium oxide and alumina grinding and sandblasting media with strict quality management system, leading the technical level of the domestic industry, and has been sold to all over the world for a long time, simultaneously promoting the progress of metal surface treatment technology in domestic consumer electronics, aerospace and precision casting industries.
In 2012, the company started a deep cooperation with NABALTEC in Germany and became the company's agent in China, committed to bringing high-end process alumina powder into the Chinese market, with the advantage of German technology, to help customers provide total solutions, in metal and non-metal material polishing, special precision ceramics, thermal conductivity, refractory materials and other industries are widely recognized and applied by domestic customers.
History
In 1987, Mr. Lu Yangchu established FURTHER TRADING in Germany;
In 2005, Mr. Lu Xinhui introduced the technology of Kuhmichel, the largest abrasive manufacturer in Europe, and built and put into production a ceramic spray bead factory in Changsha County, Hunan Province. The production of the product directly contributed to the renewal of smartphone cases and got rid of the dependence on imported products;
2009, China Changsha Fine-Tech Ceramic Co., Ltd. was established in Changsha, Hunan;
2010, Fine-tech and NABALTEC officially started a strategic cooperation, dedicated to providing solutions for technical products of alumina raw materials in the Chinese market;
2011, The R&D Centre was established in Changsha, and at the same time, Fine-tech was authorized to be the sole agent of NABALTEC for polishing series products in China;
2012, Fine-tech established an office in Foshan;
In 2015, obtained the authorisation to be the agent of NABALTEC ceramic and refractory series;
In 2016, Xinguang Special Ceramics, a subsidiary of Fine-tech, became a national "Small Giant Enterprise of Science and Technology Innovation";
In 2018,Fine-tech's Xinguang Special Ceramics Company was awarded the honour of "National High and New Technology Enterprise".
From 2021 to the present, the company has introduced two advanced technologies and products to achieve continuous breakthroughs in technical ceramics and surface treatment in China.

Our Team
We are divided into six major departments: Production Centre, New Materials Division, International Trade Department, Operations Department, Human Resources and Administration Department and Finance Department. The Production Centre is divided into five smaller departments, namely Production, Quality Control, Purchasing, Technical R&D and Warehouse.
