High, spherical pellets, suitable for the production of ceramic, high-resistance abrasive resin and grinding, polishing, sandblasting, precision casting, etc., can also be used to manufacture high-grade refractories.

Brown Fused Alumina is produced by fusion of bauxite in an electric arc furnace at high temperatures. The brownish coloured product shows high hardness as well as extreme toughness. It is produced by fusion of bauxite in a tilting electric arc furnace at high temperatures. The product shows high temperature resistance, strong erosion resistance, high machinery strength as well as thermal stability. It is a good raw material for manufacturing of shaped refractories.
