Brown corundum is a type of abrasive material consisting of high-quality bauxite, anthracite, and iron filings. It is made by melting the raw material together at a temperature of 2000°C or higher. The product is then self-ground, magnetically selected to remove iron, sieved into different sizes, and has a dense and hard texture.
