APPLICATION

· The size distribution of ceramic sand is uniform, and it has no porosity , high toughness, hardness, and impact resistance. High particle density can achieve the sandblasting strength of glass beads at a faster grinding speed. The elastic modulus of ceramic projectile is 330GPa, much higher than that of glass bead 60GPa, and the impact energy is large. To achieve the same shot peening effect in use can reduce the shot peening pressure, high shot peening efficiency, reduce energy consumption, thus reducing production costs.
