DESCRIPTION
· Produce with advanced fusing technology, with fine, homogeneous inner structure and micro-swtructure, it has a high anti-crushing property and ideal grinding effect.
· Sutiable for traditional grinding mills.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
· High grinding efficiency
· With high specific gravity,high impact crash energy,the grinding distributing rate is highly enhanced,itincreases the rate of flow and the discharging speed,reduces the circulating and grinding time;
· With high density,toughness and impact resistance and low wear rate,our fused beads has a wear resistance 5-20times better than that of glass beads or sintered ceramic beads;
· Smooth surface for easy cleaning;
· Considerably reduces mill wearin comparison with glass beads.
APPLICATION
1. Medical treatment: surface treatment such as deburring of stainless steel surgical instruments and titanium alloy human implanted devices.
2. High iron field: it can be used for sandblasting the surface of high iron aluminum alloy parts to improve the metal texture and form a smooth satin effect. Used for grinding and finishing of high-speed rail.
3. Glass products industry: used for atomization treatment of glass, replacing hydrofluoric acid chemical etching process to prevent pollution.
4. Shot peening of aviation parts: used to improve the fatigue resistance of carbon steel, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy and other aviation mechanical parts and eliminate surface stress. It can be used for surface strengthening of aircraft wings, aeroengine turbine blades, turbine discs, gears and landing gear.
