DESCRIPTION
High Performance Zirconia Shot Peening Grinding Media 5.0mm refers to the addition of stabilizer, ZrO2 content of more than 90% ZrO2 ceramic ball, compared with Al2O3 ceramic ball, ZrO2 porcelain ball has higher wear resistance and grinding efficiency. ZrO2 porcelain ball grinding efficiency is high, can avoid pollution, smooth and hard surface, has excellent roundness and reasonable size distribution, has high hardness, high strength, high toughness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics, has higher production efficiency and lower production cost. FEATURES
1. 95 zirconium beads, zirconia content 94-95%, high zirconium content, wear resistance, significant ratio, good fluidity, good roundness of products, smooth surface, wear resistance requirements of equipment is lower than other grinding media.
