DESCRIPTION
600-850μm Ceramic blasting abrasive B20 is high-tech blastingmedia which are made by high quality zirconia powder as raw material, then fused in an electric furnace under high temperature over 2000 degrees, finally made into different micro beads through special technology.
ADVANTAGES
1). Ceramic sand has a specific microstructure composed of crystallized zirconia (ZrO2) embedded in a glass matrix.
①. High hardness which can effectively transfer the energy of impact point.
②. High toughness to ensure the stability of the medium through hundreds of sandblasting cycles.
③. Does not contaminate the treated surface.
④. Very little dust is produced to ensure production efficiency and limit reduce tear on the sandblasting equipment.

APPLICATION
Blasting cleaning: to remove burrs, casting slag and other defects and dirt on the surface of the workpiece and also residues of the molds.

Pretreatment: to get clean surface and frosted rough surface before Anodizing and coating.
