The main component of ceramic shot is zirconia, which is mainly used for surface treatment such assand blasting and shot peening. The production process of ceramic shot is to melt high-qualityimported zircon sand into liquid at high temperature, and then spray it into balls. The zirconiaceramic spheres are sieved and removed by magnetic separation to obtain particles with highroundness, high strength and uniform particle size. The spherical particles of ceramic shotcan achieve better surface brightness during sandblasting, while the workpiece itself does not
change color. It is widely used for sandblasting and surface treatment of aviation parts,stainless steel plates, structural parts, stainless steel kitchenware, medical devices,mobile phone / laptop shell, automobile chassis / engine, sports equipment and other industries.

The density of ceramic sand is between glass sand and steel sand, and the hardness is larger. In the sandblasting strength range, the ceramic sand can properly make up for the upper and lower limit blind area of the hitting strength of glass sand and steel shot iron sand. Comparing the effect of steel sand blasting, there is no iron element pollution to the workpiece, no metal powder residue on the workpiece surface, no color bias phenomenon to reduce the metal natural color, which can be used for the use of steel pellets and steel chip pollution.
